Toronto, Canada – April 24, 2026 – BOLT Digital Technologies Corp., a Canadian data center operator, today announced that it has executed a definitive agreement in connection with its previously disclosed Letter of Intent dated December 14, 2025, regarding the acquisition of two Canadian data centers. The parties are now proceeding toward satisfying the conditions to closing which will further strengthen the company’s data center portfolio in North America.
The Canadian data center sites are strategically located in Southern Ontario and Western Canada and have been in operation since 2015, supporting hundreds of enterprise clients. The facilities currently provide colocation and disaster recovery services to organizations across Canada and the United States. Together, the sites operate on robust network platforms that enable seamless interconnectivity across key Canadian markets.
BOLT’s business strategy focuses on identifying underutilized, powered real estate assets across North America and transforming them into modern, highly efficient data center facilities designed to support next-generation hosted infrastructure platforms.
The BOLT team is currently reviewing a number of potential accretive data center assets both in Canada and the United States and will look to invest into existing projects and further expand its portfolio. Furthermore, it has engaged an investment banking partner exploring a near term go public strategy.
