Toronto, Canada – February 9, 2026 – BOLT Digital Technologies Corp., a data center operator, proudly announces that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with an AI technology provider to support the hosting and colocation of its infrastructure.
BOLT is working with the AI provider to architect a North American deployment strategy for the clients AI compute infrastructure. The architecture would include critical AI computing systems being deployment both in Canada and the USA. BOLT will provide further details once a final agreement has been finalized.
BOLT’s Georgia data center facility has been operational since 2021 and is currently focused on crypto mining and has a 30% utilization rate today with a very attractive low cost power contract which is expandable.
BOLT will be converting the site utilization from a pure crypto mining environment to a hybrid data center model offering colocation services for; crypto, AI, quantum and enterprise colocation.
BOLT’s business strategy is to identify energized real estate assets across North America that are under utilized and transform these assets into modern highly efficient data center hosting facilities focused on emerging hosted infrastructure platforms.
The BOLT team is currently reviewing a number of potential accretive data center assets both in Canada and the United States and will look to invest into existing projects and further expand its portfolio. Furthermore, it has engaged an investment banking partner exploring a near term go public strategy.
