Toronto, Canada – December 3, 2025 – BOLT Digital Technologies Corp., a data center operator, proudly announces that it has successfully acquired ownership in a 40,000 Square Foot data center facility in Georgia, USA.
The Georgia data center facility has been operational since 2021 and is currently focused on crypto mining and has a 30% utilization rate today with a very attractive low cost power contract which is expandable.
BOLT in the upcoming months will look to make strategic facility upgrades to the site to expand its capabilities to expand the sites product offerings and strategic positioning in the marketplace to increase utilization of the asset and expand beyond the existing crypto mining strategy.
BOLT’s business strategy is to identify energized real estate assets across North America that are under utilized and transform these assets into modern highly efficient data center hosting facilities focused on emerging hosted infrastructure platforms.
The BOLT team is currently reviewing a number of potential accretive data center assets both in Canada and the United States and will look to invest into existing projects and further expand its portfolio. Furthermore, it has engaged an investment banking partner exploring a near term go public strategy.
